If someone feels like doing so, give me tips on the hair, please. It looks weird. -___- What I did for this one in particular was have a medium pink base layer, have a lighter pink overlap it, and then have another layer in Screen with really like pink strands (1-7px). And then do some dodging/screening. I'm still not happy with it, but I'm not sure what else to do.
Time: 7-8 hours
Tools: PS CS2, tablet
